Request for drawing files - external consultants

This form is for requesting Northern Territory (NT) Government technical drawing files (PDF and CAD).

Who can use this form

You can use this form if you're:

  • an external consultant engaged by an NT Government department or client
  • a member of the public.

You must not use this form if you're:

  • an NT Government staff member - go to the DLI internal website instead, search for files and download. Unlimited bulk file download available
  • applying for a tender and require additional information - contact the Technical Officer on the tender
  • a Power and Water (PWC) consultant - contact your PWC project officer to request files.

Before you begin

You must have a current PF166 police clearance when accessing records owned by the Police Fire and Emergency Services.

You should not complete this form if you don't have a police clearance. To apply for a police clearance:

  • go to any Police Station in the NT or SAFE NT in Darwin
  • the delegate in response will either approve or reject your request, the Technical Records team will receive instruction from the delegate.

Were you engaged by an NT Government department/client? *

You must select the correct asset owner/occupant. If you are unsure of who owns the drawings, contact the Technical Records team on 08 8924 7371.

Ensure there are no spaces in the email address including at the end.

You must describe clearly the information required and the purpose for which it is to be used. Include any reference to a NTG project and any other information that will assist the delegate in assessing your request. If you want to pass this information onto a third party, you must declare this.

Drawing type This is not for Power and Water clients, you must contact your PWC project officer to request files.
