Enabling infrastructure for Holtze development
The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure is constructing enabling and public infrastructure to support the release of urban residential land in Holtze.
Works include site clean-up, construction of road and intersection upgrades, storm water drainage, electrical, water and sewer reticulation, landscaping and lighting.
Works will be staged and are expected to be completed as follows.

| Part A enabling infrastructure | Completed in July 2026.. |
| Part B enabling infrastructure - package 1 | Works commenced in October 2025, with completion anticipated in late 2026. |
| Part B enabling infrastructure - package 2 | Works commenced in October 2025, with completion anticipated in late 2026. |
| Future stages | Further works in Greater Holtze will be delivered in stages subject to ongoing planning work. |
Communication with stakeholders including land owners, businesses and residents will be ongoing throughout construction.
