Enabling infrastructure for Holtze development
The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure is constructing enabling and public infrastructure to support the release of urban residential land in Holtze.
Works include site clean-up, construction of road and intersection upgrades, storm water drainage, electrical, water and sewer reticulation; landscaping and lighting.
Works will be staged and are expected to be completed as follows.

| Part A enabling infrastructure | Construction started November 2024 with completion anticipated late 2025. |
| Part B enabling infrastructure - package 1 | Works are expected to commence in October 2025 with completion expected in late 2026. |
| Part B enabling infrastructure - package 2 | Timeframes to be confirmed. |
| Future stages | Further works in Greater Holtze will be delivered in future stages subject to ongoing planning work. |
Communication with stakeholders including land owners, businesses and residents will be ongoing throughout construction.
