Howard Springs shared user path
The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure is constructing a new shared user path along a section of Howard Springs Road, extending the existing shared path from Whitewood Road to the Howard Springs Nature Park.
Works will commence on Monday 2 June 2025 and are expected to be completed by October 2025.
Works will be undertaken between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm Monday to Saturday. Works on Saturday afternoon will only be undertaken on an as required basis.
Shared user paths are important community assets and allow pedestrians, cyclists and mobility device users to move safely and efficiently around our cities and towns.
These works will connect to the current Howard Springs and Palmerston shared path network, improving connectivity and providing safe pedestrian and bike rider friendly access the Howard Springs Nature Park.
Access to Howard Springs Road, Whitewood Road and the Howard Springs Nature Park will be maintained throughout the duration of works.
Please adhere to all traffic management and safety measures in place.
