Joint Emergency Services Communications Centre expansion

The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (DLI) is undertaking essential upgrades to enhance the operational capacity of the Joint Emergency Services Communications Centre (JESCC) at Peter McAulay Centre (PMC).

The construction works are anticipated to begin in November 2026 and be completed by May 2027.

Works include refurbishment of the existing PMC foyer to create additional workspace across 2 levels, including open-plan workstations and a purpose-built 24/7 operations centre. Refurbishment of part of the existing JESCC space will also be undertaken to enhance operational capability.

DLI is delivering the project on behalf of NT Police Force and NT Fire and Emergency Services.
