Construction Snapshot: Quarter 3 - 2025 edition
Construction Snapshot is be published on a quarterly basis. This edition reflects construction status as at 30 September 2025.
The information provides an overview of the Northern Territory’s current construction activity for works over $1 million. It reflects work that is both in construction and expected future construction-related work.
Industry, councils and organisations are invited to contribute to the quarterly updates.
If you have a project to include or update in Construction Snapshot, please contact the team via email constructionsnapshot.ntg@nt.gov.au. Updates for the Quarter 4 edition are required by 12 January 2026 (status effective 31 December 2025).
