Cyprus street - key worker housing project
A major milestone has been reached on the Cyprus street - key worker housing project, which will deliver 9 new modern homes in Katherine.
Contractor LA Build mobilised in September 2025, and by November all concrete slabs were completed.
Blockwork on all 9 units is now well underway, with the project on track for completion in June 2026.
This project will provide safe, sustainable and affordable housing for our key workers - a strong investment in local workers who keep our community running.
