Territory Energy Link

Published

The Northern Territory Government has announced plans to progress a proposed multi-user, multi-asset infrastructure corridor as part of its commitment to rebuild the Territory economy. It is called Territory Energy Link and was formerly known as the Tennant Creek to Darwin Infrastructure Corridor.

The proposed Territory Energy Link from Elliot to Darwin will provide a buried services corridor to carry gas, water, optical fibre, hydrogen gas and other services, enabling future economic growth.

As part of the planning process, the Department of Logistics and Infrastructure is consulting with landowners, Traditional Owners, industry and community members about the proposed Territory Energy Link infrastructure corridor. This is an important next step as we move into the feasibility stage of the project.
