Bagot Road streetlighting upgrades
The department is improving road safety along Bagot Road by upgrading existing streetlights between Nightcliff Road and the Bagot Road overpass at Stuart Highway.
Works are expected to start on Monday 16 March 2026 with anticipated completion by Thursday 14 May 2026, weather permitting.
These works are part of the Road Safety Program, providing better visibility and improving the safety of all road users, including cyclists and pedestrians (particularly during low light conditions).
